Kim is a hands-on deputy manager who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to her residents. She studied General Adult Nursing at the University of Suffolk, having previously worked as a Healthcare Assistant in nursing homes for 15 years. Since qualifying, Kim has gained ten years’ nursing experience, including in the acute medical setting at West Suffolk Hospital, as well as experience in the nursing home setting.
Kim’s role is to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, to promote clinical excellence, and to act as a port of call for residents, their families, and our staff.
