This year residents and staff supported the Jeans for Genes day campaign which works to improve the lives of children affected by a genetic disorder. £92.41 was raised through a
bake sale, raffle and donations from staff who wore their jeans to work. The afternoon was also supported by Greene King who bought in a selection of local beers and ales for residents.

The Comforting Magic of Animals in Dementia Care
At Stow Healthcare, we see every day how meaningful connection, familiar routines and moments of comfort can make a real difference to those living with dementia. One beautiful example of this is the special bond many of our residents share with animals. Across our homes, animals play a much-loved role in daily life.
