Five Outstanding Performances Shine at Stow’s Got Talent

Colleagues from across Stow Healthcare came together this week for the very first Stow’s Got Talent, an exciting new event created to celebrate the incredible talents that exist throughout our homes and support teams.

The event showcased five fantastic performances from across the Stow family, with colleagues taking to the stage to demonstrate their talents in singing, dancing and instrumental music. While we see our teams make a difference every day through their dedication and care, Stow’s Got Talent provided an opportunity to celebrate another side of our colleagues and the unique skills they bring to our communities.

The standard of performances was exceptional, making the judges’ job incredibly difficult. Our judging panel included Chief Operating Officer Ruth Yates, People Director Marianne Milton and Finance Director Melissa Lever, who were all impressed by the confidence, creativity and talent on display.

Modupe winning Stow's Got Talent 2026

Beyond the competition itself, the event highlighted something that makes Stow Healthcare so special. Many of the colleagues who took part regularly share their talents with residents in our homes, whether through music, entertainment, arts and crafts or other activities that help create meaningful moments and enrich daily life.

While every performer should be immensely proud of their contribution, there could only be one winner. Congratulations to Modupe, whose outstanding performance secured the title of Stow’s Got Talent Champion 2026. Modupe will also go on to be Stow Healthcare’s chosen representative at the 2026 Care Sector’s Got Talent!

A huge well done also goes to Sharon, Franklin, Ishan and Supuli for their wonderful performances. As finalists, they will all be invited to attend Stow Healthcare’s Annual Awards Ceremony on 5th November, where their achievements will be recognised alongside colleagues from across the organisation.

The success of this year’s event has shown just how much talent exists within our teams. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with entertainment, encouragement and plenty of support from colleagues, and we are already looking forward to seeing even more performers take part next year.

At Stow Healthcare, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. Events like Stow’s Got Talent not only celebrate individual achievements but also reflect the creativity, passion and sense of community that help make our homes such special places to live and work.
