We’re delighted to introduce Jack Anthony-Knell, the new Home Manager at Brandon Park, bringing with him a wealth of experience, a passion for person-centred care, and a genuine commitment to helping people live well.
A Journey Through Care
With nearly a decade of experience in the care sector, Jack has built an impressive and well-rounded career. Starting as a domestic assistant, he worked his way through a variety of roles including care assistant, business administrator, deputy manager and, ultimately, home manager. This hands-on journey has given him a deep understanding of every aspect of care and what it takes to create a truly supportive and thriving environment.
One of Jack’s most impactful roles was as a Dementia Coach, where he supported 37 care homes and housing-with-care schemes across Norfolk and Suffolk. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in person-centred care, team development and service improvement—helping teams deliver meaningful, high-quality support tailored to each individual.
In 2023, Jack broadened his experience further by becoming a Registered Manager within a respite service for people with learning disabilities and autism. Here, he supported individuals to build independence, make choices and take control of their lives, while also providing vital support for families. It’s an experience that has shaped his holistic and empowering approach to care.
A Passion for Care
At the heart of everything Jack does is a deep passion for supporting people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. He believes in preserving choice, dignity and independence, ensuring that every individual is supported to live the life they want—not just the life their circumstances dictate.
For Jack, care is not just about meeting needs, but about helping people stay connected to who they are. Being part of someone’s journey—particularly at the beginning of their dementia experience—is something he finds incredibly meaningful, offering reassurance, stability and a sense of continuity at a time when it matters most.
Why Stow Healthcare
Jack was drawn to Stow Healthcare by its strong reputation for delivering high-quality care and the consistently positive feedback from residents and families. The organisation’s commitment to dignity, compassion and excellence closely aligns with his own values, making Brandon Park a natural next step in his career.
Looking Ahead at Brandon Park
What excites Jack most about joining Brandon Park is the home itself—its beautiful setting, vibrant community and the opportunity it presents. He is passionate about creating an environment where care is truly reflective of each individual, ensuring it is relevant, respectful and empowering.
