St Patrick’s Day Celebrations

After the fun of last year’s celebrations, residents enjoyed getting into the Irish spirit to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. Everyone was busy cutting and sticking shamrocks and pots of gold to decorate the dining room for a St Patrick’s day lunch. Residents wore their best green outfits and homemade masks to lunch and were joined by staff who were decked out in their best Irish fancy dress. The Kitchen cooked up a fabulous themed dinner including mince and tatties washed down with a drop of Guinness. Our carer Jackie was representing the Irish contingent and fully embraced the celebrations.
