On New Year’s Eve, we held a special service of remembrance to remember all the special people we have said ‘Goodbye’ to in 2018. Alison and Silvia led a memorial service with a special video, readings, poems and the reading of names of all of those who had passed away in 2018. We were joined by families and staff to raise a toast to these amazing residents, followed by the releasing of balloons in their memory. It was an emotional, but beautiful day to share stories and memories.
