Welcoming Christine to Stowlangtoft Hall

We are delighted to welcome Christine Da Silva as the new Home Manager at Stowlangtoft Hall.

Christine joined Stow Healthcare in 2026 and brings with her more than 20 years of experience in health and social care. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of leadership and management roles within residential, nursing and dementia care services, building a strong understanding of what it takes to create a caring, supportive and well-led home.

Christine is passionate about creating safe and welcoming environments where residents can live with dignity, independence and choice. She believes that outstanding care begins with strong relationships, and she places great importance on working closely with residents, families and colleagues to ensure everyone feels valued, listened to and supported.

As Home Manager, Christine is committed to maintaining high standards of care while promoting a positive culture for both residents and colleagues. She is focused on ensuring that every individual receives compassionate support tailored to their needs, preferences and life experiences.

One of the parts of her role Christine enjoys most is getting to know residents and their families. She takes great pleasure in hearing people’s life stories, celebrating their individuality and helping to create meaningful moments that make a real difference to daily life at Stowlangtoft Hall.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children in their activities and keeping active. She loves making the most of opportunities to create special memories with loved ones and brings that same appreciation for meaningful moments into her work.

Christine is also passionate about personal development and continually seeks ways to learn, grow and improve the services she leads.

We are very pleased to have Christine leading the team at Stowlangtoft Hall and look forward to seeing the home continue to thrive under her guidance.
