Discover a Rewarding Career and a Warm Welcome at Magnolia Park

Magnolia Park is entering an exciting new chapter following its recent refurbishment. Led by experienced Home Manager Natalie Kilby, the home is inviting members of the local community to visit, meet the team, tour the newly refurbished surroundings, and learn more about the care and career opportunities available.

Natalie has worked in the care sector since the age of 18 and brings extensive experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Her career has included managing complex services across multiple locations and acting as the Responsible Individual for several residential homes.

She has also worked closely with Local Authorities and the Care Quality Commission to stabilise and improve services, maintain high standards, and deliver positive outcomes for residents.

Natalie’s hands-on and approachable leadership style is central to her work at Magnolia Park. She believes that excellent care begins with listening to residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and building trusting relationships with families and colleagues.

As Magnolia Park continues to grow, the home is now recruiting for:

  • NVQ-qualified carers
  • Non-NVQ carers
  • Housekeeping colleagues
  • Kitchen support staff

Applicants do not necessarily need previous care experience or an NVQ qualification. Magnolia Park is looking for kind, reliable, and compassionate people who are eager to learn and want to make a meaningful difference to residents’ lives.

Natalie said:

“We want Magnolia Park to be a place where residents feel truly at home and where families can feel confident that their loved ones are receiving compassionate and personalised support. We are also looking forward to welcoming new colleagues who share our values. There are rewarding opportunities available across care, housekeeping, and kitchen support, and we would be delighted to speak to anyone interested in joining our team.”

Watch this space for our career events in the future! Whether you are considering care for a loved one, looking for a rewarding new role, or would simply like to see the home’s recent transformation, Magnolia Park looks forward to welcoming you.

Contact Magnolia Park to find out more, register your interest in a vacancy, or arrange a visit.
