Do you love going to the Pictures?

Trips to the cinema are something you can enjoy with us here at Halstead Hall. Our local cinema, The Empire Theatre, holds special screenings each month to support people living with memory loss. It’s a great experience, with free coffee, tea, biscuits and cake and the cinema doesn’t charge you. We’re off to see Rocketman in October – a film about the life of the singer Elton John – why don’t you join us?

If cinema isn’t your thing, Tanya Honey, the popular singer who joined us this summer for a wonderful performance of Country, Blues, Elvis, Cliff Richard, Dusty Springfield will be with us again in November. We loved her last visit with residents singing and dancing the afternoon away, so this is bound to be another special event! See you there!
