Chief Executive of local Hospital visits

Chief Executive Officer for West Suffolk Hospital, Professor Dr Steve Dunn visited us at Melford Court in April. This was Steve’s first visit to Melford Court where he met with the management team to discuss the current partnership working with the home and West Suffolk Hospital. Melford Court has recently been asked to pilot the ‘red bag initiative’ to help create a smoother hospital admission and discharge for care home patients. Steve said he was very impressed by the turnaround of the home and looks forward to continued partnership working and building positive relationships with the team at Melford Court in the future.
