Staying Fit as a Fiddle!

The Suffolk Care Home Olympics was popular with residents at Melford Court last year and we are excited to be a part of them again this year. A member of the Suffolk Care Home Olympics Team visits the home each week to take part in a different activity including fishing, curling and boccia. This is a great way to encourage residents to keep active and get involved in sport. The fishing activity was particularly popular with younger visitors who also joined in with our residents. We hope we can build on the home’s success last year and gain a high ranking spot on the leaderboard.
