At Weavers Grange, we are delighted to introduce our new Home Manager, Jamie Steele.
With 18 years of experience in healthcare, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for care. Having worked across a wide range of roles within nursing homes, he has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create a supportive, well-run home where both residents and staff can thrive. As a registered nurse, Jamie also offers strong clinical insight, complementing his management experience.
For Jamie, the first few months are all about people. He is focused on getting to know residents, their families and the team, ensuring that everyone feels heard, supported and valued. At the heart of his approach is a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care, alongside a drive to help his team grow and develop.
What truly motivates Jamie is seeing the difference great care can make. From the very first pre-assessment through to settling into life at the home, he finds it incredibly rewarding to support residents as they begin to feel comfortable and at ease. Just as importantly, he is passionate about reassuring families and showing that life in a care home can be positive, fulfilling and enjoyable.
As Jamie begins this new chapter at Weavers Grange, we look forward to seeing his leadership support the continued growth of our home and the wellbeing of everyone who lives and works here.
