£200 Wellbeing Package: Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is available to new privately funded permanent residents who move into a participating Stow Healthcare home between 1st October and 20th December 2026.
2. Participating homes are Magnolia Park, Stowlangtoft Hall, Manson House, Ford Place and Brandon Park.
3. The package is worth £200 per resident and can be used on wellbeing services such as hairdressing, barbering and chiropody, provided by the home’s hairdresser or visiting practitioners. Other wellbeing services may be included at the discretion of the Home Manager.
4. The package can be used from the resident’s move in date and must be used within 30 days of it. Any balance not used in that time will be lost and cannot be carried over, refunded or exchanged for cash.
5. The package is recorded against the resident’s account and cannot be deducted from care fees.
6. The package is non transferable and limited to one per resident.

Moving from respite to permanent

7. A respite resident at a participating home who becomes a permanent resident will also receive the £200 wellbeing package, provided they move directly from their respite stay to a privately funded permanent placement with no break in residency, and the move takes place between 1st October and 20th December 2026. The 30 days in clause 4 start from the date the permanent placement begins.
8. Clause 7 applies whether or not the respite stay was booked under our respite offer.
9. If a respite resident leaves the home at the end of their respite stay and returns at a later date as a permanent resident, the £200 package will not apply. This applies whether or not the respite stay was booked under our respite offer.
   
   

General

10. This offer cannot be used alongside any other Stow Healthcare offer, discount, promotion or incentive, except as set out in clause 7.
11. All treatments are subject to availability and to the resident’s health and wellbeing at the time.
12. These offers cannot be exchanged for any other benefit, converted to cash or credited against care fees.
13. Stow Healthcare may withdraw or change this offer at any time.

Respite Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. A minimum stay of four consecutive weeks (28 days) is required to be eligible for the offer.
2. Eligible residents will receive seven complimentary days, giving a total stay of four weeks (28 days) for the price of three weeks (21 days).
3. The offer applies to new respite bookings only. It cannot be applied to existing bookings or extended stays already in progress.
4. The offer is available to self-funding (private pay) residents only. It cannot be applied to Local Authority or NHS funded placements.
5. All respite stays are subject to a pre admission assessment. Stow Healthcare reserves the right to decline a booking where the assessment indicates the home cannot safely meet the individual’s care needs.
6. The offer is subject to room availability at the relevant home at the time of booking.
7. The standard weekly respite fee applies to the three paid weeks, payable in full before the stay begins. The complimentary week carries no additional accommodation or personal care charge. Extras and 1:1 care remain chargeable throughout the full four week stay, including during the complimentary week.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. A respite resident who moves directly to a permanent placement may also qualify for the £200 wellbeing package, subject to its own terms.
9. To qualify, bookings must be confirmed in writing by 20th December 2026 and the respite stay must begin on or before 20th December 2026.
10. Stow Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to a booking being confirmed.
