Respite Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. A minimum stay of four consecutive weeks (28 nights) is required to be eligible for the offer.

2. Eligible residents will receive seven complimentary nights, giving a total stay of four weeks (28 nights) for the price of three weeks (21 nights).

3. The offer applies to new respite bookings only. It cannot be applied to existing bookings or extended stays already in progress.

4. The offer is available to self-funding (private pay) residents only. It cannot be applied to Local Authority or NHS funded placements.

5. All respite stays are subject to a pre admission assessment. Stow Healthcare reserves the right to decline a booking where the assessment indicates the home cannot safely meet the individual’s care needs.

6. The offer is subject to room availability at the relevant home at the time of booking.

7. The standard weekly respite fee applies to the three paid weeks, payable in full before the stay begins. The complimentary week carries no additional accommodation or personal care charge. Extras and 1:1 care remain chargeable throughout the full four week stay, including during the complimentary week.

8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

9. To qualify, bookings must be confirmed in writing by 30th September 2026. The stay itself must be taken by 31st October, provided the booking is confirmed within the offer period.

10. Stow Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to a booking being confirmed.
