I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all that was done for dad at Stowlangtoft... The care that he received at the end of his life ensured that he was granted some peace and tranquility at last. I cannot begin to tell you the comfort that gave to me... Thank you all so very, very much.

I realise that J was only with you for a short (time), but the care and consideration that both she herself, and all her family members, together with her numerous visitors received, was way beyond anything that we have experienced before, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you most sincerely.
HW,Friend of Resident
I cannot thank you enough for all the help and kindness you have all given me, whilst staying here with you all. I felt really ill when I first arrived here but after a couple of days and lovely food I was back on my feet! I won’t forget you all and when I’m much better I will come to see you all again. I will miss you all.
Thank you for your kindness, dedication and hard work. I could not have found or wished for a more caring environment for mum, I shall miss all your friendly faces and the warmth I received on all my visits.

I visit a very good friend on a very regular basis. The staff are kind and polite and do a very good job... Overall, I see that a good standard of care is given to my friend.
Very happy with everything. Mum is well cared for.
We moved my father to Melford Court when his mobility deteriorated rapidly over 12 months ago. He was made most welcome and settled in well despite developing dementia. The staff on the residential wing are friendly and caring whether medical, personal care, housekeeping or catering. He has even been persuaded to take part in activities on a good day. He has become increasingly reluctant to leave his bed but the carers try to encourage him and make the most of his cooperative days to get him in the bath. I am always made most welcome and kept up to date with any issues when I visit or by phone. I am so pleased to have found somewhere this good where I can leave him especially when visiting the family in New Zealand.
Ford Place is a lovely home, so clean and comfortable with everyone friendly and caring. My partner is very happy here. Which allows me to relax and enjoy my break. Thank you.
WG,Partner of Resident
My aunt was admitted Ford Place due to numerous falls for observation and rehabilitation. Ford Place was very good in every respect. Very pleasant environment, no unpleasant smells, lovely garden, very good care from all, pleasant and helpful staff. Very good food. No complaints at all.
SB,Niece of Resident
Essential in helping us through an unknown and difficult period. Nursing staff supportive in all aspects. My father was able to return to independent living after 3 months of their support while he went through chemotherapy at the age of 79... Thank you.
DY,Family of Resident
I have experience, through the care of my in-laws of a great number of care homes. Without any doubt Ford Place is the best by far. The cleanliness, care, friendliness of staff and air of caring professionalism are exemplary.

Dear Ruth and Co, many thanks to you all for making my short stay at Stowlangtoft as pleasant as possible. In particular to you Ruth for allowing me to share in your baby and to your exceptional care staff who were always ready to go that extra mile.
What a wonderful place. Staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble. Residents care is as it should be 100%. It's clean and my husband is always clean and tidy which is what he is used to, he is being kept as he likes to be and to me, that is perfect!. I cannot fault anything. Everything is as it should be. I am always asked if anything is needed for him. I have nothing but praise for the care home. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much too much trouble for them. Bring vegetarian limits my choice of food but the chef has made recent changes to the menus which has given me and other vegetarians more variety. The standard of cleanliness is excellent.

We visited several homes before my father chose Brandon Park. He felt at home right away and the warm welcome from the general manager and staff was second to none. We would unreservedly recommend Brandon Park to anyone looking for an excellent caring home for a loved one. My fathers doesn't wish to live anywhere else.

"My mother became too frail to stay at home with a carer and moved into a lovely large room with a lot of her own furniture. She did not want to move, but the staff all took a lot of trouble to look after her with care and kindness. She became seriously ill after 3 weeks and was nursed with compassion and all her family made welcome in her last few days."
BM,Family Member of Resident
